变压器铁芯数控横剪线是将硅钢片卷料进行横向剪切，目前可根据客户需要定制剪切最大宽度可达600mm，剪切模具材质采用日本进口硬质合金制造。适用于变压器、电抗器、电焊机、电器、等行业硅钢片卷料和低碳钢薄板横向剪切，已在川电、昆山特变、大宏机电、永展机电、德顺互感器、飞龙铁芯、威盛工业等上百家企业广泛使用。该系列产品在全国同行业中产销量占首位。
1.本横剪线可完成叠片式全直接缝铁芯片型的自动生产。
2.裁剪动力：采用进口伺服控制技术，速度快，噪音小，寿命长。
3.送料动力：采用交流同步伺服电动机，具有响应快，定位精度高，低噪音，制动热埙小，寿命长等特点。
4.轨道定位：采用丝杠直线导轨中心定位，刻度盘调节定位快速，准确，方便。
5.运动控制：采用先进的PLC控制器，即大量减少了接线又提高了系统的可靠性，稳定性与实时性，并可进行远程控制与故障诊断，可最大限度地缩短维护时间与费用。
6.模具：采用进口合金钢制造的模具，具有剪切毛刺小、模具寿命长、维护次数少等特点，模具制造工艺完全按照高速冲模具加工，维护、拆装、研磨尤其方便，减少劳动强度。
7.寿命保证：本设备标准件（直线导轨，滚珠丝杠，各种轴承）均为名优配件，基础件加工装配精度高，最大限度延长设备使用寿命。模具一次调试完成可加工500万冲次。
